What is OABeans?

OABeans provides daily online-arbitrage product leads for Amazon sellers. We research profitable products at retail sites, then deliver vetted leads with the data you need to buy, ship to FBA, and resell for profit.

How does your service work end to end?
  1. We source and verify products daily.

  2. You access leads in your OABeans dashboard.

  3. You purchase from the retailer.

  4. You prep or use a prep center and ship to Amazon FBA.

Who is OABeans for?

How many buyers see the same leads?

All lists are capped at 20 subscribers to limit competition.

How often am I billed and can I cancel?

Monthly billing. You can cancel any time in your account. Service remains active until the end of the current period.

Do you prorate on upgrades?

Yes, upgrades apply immediately and we manually adjust your next invoice.

Free Trial and Refunds

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial.

What is your refund policy?

If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. After the trial ends and a charge occurs, we do not provide refunds except for billing errors. Terms & Conditions

What Each Lead Includes

What fields do you provide for each lead?
  • Product name, ASIN, category

  • Amazon link and source link

  • Buy cost and selling price

  • Net profit and ROI percentage

  • Current BSR and 90-day average BSR

  • Estimated monthly sales

  • Competitor count and in-stock estimate

  • Price history badges for 30 and 90 days

  • Notes such as coupons or promotions

  • Extra leads that are valuable but may not meet every core filter

What quality criteria do you use?
  • Minimum ROI: 30 percent for US, 40 percent for CA

  • Average ROI: about 75 percent

  • Average net profit: about 12 dollars per unit

  • Minimum monthly sales: 10 for US, 5 for CA

  • Average monthly sales: about 100

  • Exclude Hazmat, fragile, oversize, and IP-complaint items

  • Exclude Amazon-to-Amazon flips

Which tools inform your checks?

We use a combination of internal systems and industry tools. AZInsight is the primary sales estimator referenced in sheets.

Are leads gated or ungated?

Mixed. Starter lists lean beginner-friendly and often have auto-ungate opportunities. Growth and Scale include both gated and ungated. You must confirm your own account eligibility.

Delivery and Access

When do new leads arrive?

Monday to Friday, typically around 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. We also have some days OFF that we mentioned them all in the onboarding section in our dashboard.

How do I access my leads?

All leads are delivered inside your OABeans account dashboard. You also get immediate access to the last couple of days when you subscribe.

How fresh are the leads?

Leads are sourced and posted the same day.

Replacements, Stock Changes, and Support

What is your replacement policy?
  • We provide replacements only when a lead does not meet the published criteria that we state in the service features.

  • We do not replace leads that go out of stock, change price, or have retailer availability issues because online arbitrage is time sensitive.

  • If you believe a lead fails stated criteria, send screenshots and timestamps. Once verified, we add a one-for-one replacement in the following drops.

Do you help with ungating or provide invoices?

We do not offer ungating services. Some ASINs may auto-approve depending on your account. For invoice ungating, you must source from suitable suppliers and follow Amazon policies.

How can I contact support?

What starting budget do you recommend?
  • Starter: 500 to 1,000 dollars

  • Growth: 1,500 to 3,500 dollars

  • Scale: 3,500 dollars and higher, often with a VA team

How do I verify a lead before buying?
  • Confirm the ASIN, brand, size, pack count, and variation

  • Check price history and buy box behavior

  • Confirm your sell eligibility and restrictions

  • Recalculate net after fees and prep costs

  • Place small test orders before scaling

Do you include Amazon as a seller on leads?

We avoid listings where Amazon is directly competing or likely to re-enter soon.

Yes, that is a common milestone when you work about 30 to 35 percent of the feed and maintain margins
